Job description
- Keeping sales order book up to date by liaising with account managers
- Raising sales invoices
- Cash allocation
- Debtor chasing
- Posting supplier invoices onto Sage
- Processing expense claims and company credit card statements
- Bank reconciliations
- Petty cash reconciliations
- Dealing with queries from suppliers and customers
- Liaising with payroll bureau and processing payroll journals
- Assisting in month end processes
- Ad hoc project costing analysis
General skills and attributes
We are looking for a candidate who has previously worked in a similar role and has a good understanding of accounting principles. You will be highly organised, have good time management skills and provide an excellent service to both external and internal customers. You will be IT literate, ideally with a good understanding of Sage and MS Excel. You will also have the ability to work in a busy environment with the minimum of supervision. As this is a fast growing company, there will be opportunities for career growth.

Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 depending on experience, plus 20 days holiday + 8 days public holiday + Benefits
