Nicki's role is to deliver projects to requirements and deadline by understanding exactly what each customer needs and the constraints they are under, and managing the development team to deliver timely, creative and effective solutions. Nicki has considerable experience managing projects in a range of different sectors, including IT, Central Government, Corporate and Third Sector.

Background
Nicki comes from a background in new media, working for a large Blue Chip organisation. She worked client side for seven years developing and implementing internet strategies, managing email communications, managing and developing ongoing user requirements. She has managed bespoke projects for a variety of online environments, including websites, micro sites, flash animations and online tools.
Outside work
Nicki is a qualified Homeopath and has her own local practice.
